Study on R & D enterprise innovation capacity building

Independent innovation ability is the most important ability of the enterprise. For R & D enterprise, this ability is essential. Thesis systematically analyzes the characteristics of R & D enterprise. Had pointed out the training capability for making independent innovation, constructs the new enterprise, is essential challenge that the research and development enterprise faces. Case study in this thesis, as part of XXX manufacturing enterprises´ independent innovation main line, designed for the enterprise budget system of operation of the project, under the leadership of the Audit Committee. It is very suitable for use innovative enterprise management framework. Through case analysis, should be able to bring research and development enterprise management implications and specific mode of operation.
