The research on the metropolitan public transport management — Take Tianjin as an example

It is more and more important for the coordinated development of integrated transport system in the large cities. Tianjin, as an important hub for logistics and transportation around the Bohai Sea, its public transport systems have impact on the residents´ travelling and the urban development, which they are the important content as a constraint to the urban development and economic construction. Through collecting and analyzing information on transport development in Tianjin, this paper discusses that the residents´ travelling ways and the traffic congestion in Tianjin, and it also explores the habits and wishes of the residents´ travelling. At last, this paper gives detailed analysis that the current situations and causes of the traffic congestion in Tianjin and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to enhance the overall transportation system in Tianjin Construction and public transport development.
