Abstract :
Tibetan areas of religion, history, geography, production way of life has created unique Tibetan culture, has formed the unique value orientation, history and culture, religious beliefs and behavior norms, and of course make distinctive Tibetan network public opinion. In order to predict behavior evolution on Tibetan network public opinion spread, considering the Tibetan public opinion evolution in a variety of random factors impact on the evolution trend, on the basis of the various factors fuzzy processing first, and then use cloud model comprehensive evaluation method to judge the results, and its correctness was verified.
