Innovation management research of public rental house in China based on “Four-Three Structure”

This paper introduces the current situation of the development of public rental house in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, etc. Under this background, “Four-Three Structure” of innovation management, which stands for innovation input, innovation subject, innovation content, and innovation output separately, has been represented. In addition, this paper further details the internal relations of the four factors of public rental house innovation management, and offers some suggestions from the four perspectives. It is beneficial for innovative subjects to clarify relationships between innovative elements and carry out innovative decision-making and innovative activities, eventually promote the innovation and development of public rental house.
