Abstract
We establish models to study the heat distribution on varying types of pans that we put into the oven. Finally we conclude that the heat distribution of different pans is: round shaped pans prefer rounded rectangle pans prefer rectangular pans. The optimal shape is the rounded rectangle pan. By applying the Fourier heats conducting equation, together with the definitions of the absorption coefficient and the heat resistance, we calculate the heat absorbed and released within the product and finally, we figure out the heat distribution of each spots. The results show that the round shaped pans share the most even heat distribution.
