Study on the new-generation rural migrant workers´ promoting happiness in Hubei province

The new-generation rural migrant workers have made an indelible contribution to the urbanization process. They focus personal happiness in integrating themselves into the urban life, but they actually become the sandwich class between citizens in urban and rural area, lowering happiness instead. Based on the empirical inquiry into new-generation rural migrant workers, this essay builds the factors effecting happiness model, and therefore it analyzes this typical class´ condition of happiness from the working perspectives and life etc. In addition, it comes up with targeted measurements to promote happiness in this class.
