  • Abstract
    This paper studies the basic features of the rural low carbon economic pattern, The rural low carbon economy pattern is based on low energy consumption, low pollution, low-emission-based, including agricultural production, life and ecology multifaceted economic way in general. Based on this, construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of the low carbon economic pattern, among them; the index system including 3 first level indexes, economic development, low carbon development, social development, including 14 secondary level indexes. On the base of the research for the rural low carbon economic pattern, the gray relation analysis model on the rural low carbon economic comprehensive evaluation was established using gray relation theory. And the case study is illustrated with Baoding city rural areas of several typical rural low carbon economic zones. Obtain a relatively satisfactory research conclusion.
