  • Abstract
    The effective supervision implementation of industrial wastewater discharge is an important part of water environment protection. For referencing theory and practice experience in related fields at home and abroad and improving the industrial water environmental regulation system in China. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research progress of industrial water environmental regulation. The results show that, except the achieved abundant research results, there are also some areas need to be improved. Such as the existing research is lack of study on the differences in the industrial environmental regulation of water, atmospheric and solid waste. The existing research ignored the enterprise as an independent individual, and its strategic behavior may existed in the dynamics regulatory environment; The existing research needs to analyze the decision-making of participating subjects from entirety angle. Finally, this paper puts forward that using game theory, the control theory and the principal-agent theory, industrial water environmental regulation mechanism based on contract should be designed, and central-local-public cooperating industrial water environmental regulation system should be built.
