Research on the “three-in-one” innovation dynamic mechanisms for the university science parks, universities and enterprises in Jilin Province

The speed of economic development in China became lower in 2012, as a large manufacturing country, although it has paid more attention on innovation since 2005, there is still a great gap in innovation ability compared with developed countries. As an important source of innovation, we believe the universities and university science parks in Jilin Province haven´t played their roles sufficiently in innovation. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the the commercialization of the universities´ research findings and in the development of the university science parks in Jilin province. In order to resolve the problems, the paper puts forward the “three-in-one” dynamic mechanism, explains its connotation and features, and suggests four mechanisms: Reciprocal symbiosis mechanism, trust mechanism, emergence mechanism and cultural mechanism to realize the common development of three parties and promote the local economy.
