Abstract
Strengthening supply chain management has become an effective way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Supply chain management, as a kind of brand-new management idea, emphasizes that each node enterprise, on the basis of their own core competitiveness, establish strategic cooperative partnership with other enterprises. In the supply chain management, supplier evaluation and selection is the foundation of the supplier cooperative relationship establishment. Therefore, the primary task of supply chain management is to choose the right supplier. This paper constructs a supplier evaluation index system from four aspects such as customer satisfaction, enterprise operating condition, the financial condition of enterprise and enterprise development prospect, using principal component analysis for the index system application. This supplier evaluation index system is of guiding significance in the choice of supplier.
