  • Abstract
    This paper explores the mechanism of relationship among intellectual property rights, technical innovation and standardization. Reasonable and moderate intellectual property system can motivate, protect and promote the effect of technical innovation. Technical innovation can promote creation and cultivation of intellectual property rights and the development of the intellectual property system; standardization and technical innovation have complex interactive relationship and influence each other; intellectual property rights play a key role in standard establishment, and the intellectual property system becomes the key tool for the success of private agreement and standardized competition. Technical innovation is the fundamental to promote development of enterprise. Standardization is the important content in the process of technical innovation. Intellectual property system is the incentive system of technical innovation. Only collaborative development of the three can enhance the core competition of the subject of technical innovation.
