Abstract

In order to cope with many new requirements of modern industrial products, company of industrial products development must improve their ability to develop industrial products. The effective assessment for industrial products development capability maturity(IPDCM) is one of the bases to improve the industrial products development capability(IPDC). This paper proposes the establishment of Capability Maturity Model for Industrial Products Development(CMM-IPD) which can be used to guide the assessment for industrial products development capability maturity level. This paper has established IPDCMM, studied the way to get the IPDCM level and simulated a case to prove the model. The research of this paper can support capability improvement of industrial products development process.
