Abstract
This study considers the usability of Web Portals in terms of their quality of use for specific end users seeking to achieve work goals in particular environments. The method described is particularly aimed at non-experts in the area of user-centered design and evaluation. The objective of this study is to use a weighting approach to determine the relative importance of the usability factors for Web Portals from the perspective of key potential users. Analytical Network Process (ANP) was used to analyze the relative importance of the factors.
