Abstract :
This paper proposes new forensic criteria for matching assessment of two-dimensional (2D) multimedia content in judicial processes. An authorship of two companies´ trademark symbols is needed to proof by exact measures, avoiding undefined or ambiguous perceptual criteria. Our algorithm includes several content based wavelets image processing methods for image similarity matching and shape recognition. The result is a new metric, obtained from accurate computations of basic digital image features.
