Abstract :
This paper discusses methods of improving precision characteristics of an inertial navigation system in integrated Inertial Navigation System / Global Positioning System by prediction of evolution of inertial navigation system errors. The results of mathematical modeling, which confirm the feasibility of this approach for improving accuracy of inertial navigation system in offline mode, are given.
