  • Abstract
    We demonstrate for the first time monolithic and hybrid integration of complex passive and active InP elements on an electro-optic polymer platform. Using these elements we present a tunable laser and the optical part of a novel 100 Gb/s transmitter, revealing the potential of the material system to act as a multi-functional integration platform.
