Abstract
The hypercube photonic network is promising as a metropolitan area network and intra-/inter-datacenter network, since it is resilient against even severe disasters. However, the lack of a simple and efficient wavelength-path assignment method has made network operation challenging. This paper proposes a simple and efficient wavelength-path assignment method and reveals that the method constantly achieves over 80% average accommodation efficiency.
