Enterprise architecture for e-Health system

Health is an issue of society. Romania´s Healthcare domain is in a huge process of transformation. Healthcare system across the world face with challenges: aging population, increasing prevalence of chronic diseases, rising healthcare costs, management and knowledge of rare diseases etc. The claim is that integration of specific Information Technologies and Communication tools in health care process is one of major key and contributes to reach quality of medical services and establish efficient processes in health domain. Present results based on quantitative and qualitative -mixed methods of research addressed health issue as the interdisciplinary and cross sector approach. Our findings highlight as first objective the potential of development of a flexible and agile e-Health Framework that is a good background for sustainable implementation of e-Health strategies.
