Abstract :
In this paper we propose 2 patient-specific models (PSM) elaborated by a 3D Visual Membrane Petri Nets (VMPN) application. Firstly, it was elaborated a PSM of ECG Representation. The initial data for this model are obtained from a 3D model of Myocardial Electrical Activity that simulates depolarization and repolarization waves in heart and allows to record vectorcardiograms (VCGs). A PSM of Thyroid Hormones Regulation elaborated by the 3D VMPN is proposed. Both of these PSMs are parts of an integrated PSM that represents virtual patients. In this paper we propose the idea of the development of a new extension in the framework of Membrane Petri Nets to model tissue-like membrane structures.
