Abstract :
Throwing ball is a complex movement in handball. Each throw is the result of a kinematic chain that start with the position of the foot, its force of pushing, correlated with the movement of the trunk. The ground reaction recording is important in the evaluation of the throw. The paper intends to present the importance of the ground reaction recording in preventing shoulder or trunk injury during the throw.
