Reverse Logistics Service Provider Selection in Communication Enterprise

The purpose of this paper is to using the ANP method to select and evaluate the reverse logistics service provider. Firstly, the status quo of China´s communication industry was analyzed. Then, Selection and evaluation method for reverse logistics service provider are outlined. in the end, by analyzing the factors of impacting the reverse logistics service provider selection, combined with the status and characteristics of the development of China´s communications industry. The work provide a way that would affect the communication enterprise scrap waste management currently in china and hence the work has social implications whereby the lives of a billion people will be improved through improved scrap waste management services.
