  • Abstract
    Depended on the multi task measurement and control system of complex test process, operation and management of computer real-time access to the control computer processes data, timely trigger data acquisition and processing system based on distributed LAN, distributed measurement and control system of communication mechanism between each subsystem to carry out research and realize centralized management and scheduling. Accorded to the technical requirements of the rotary balance test, gived the control system framework, the between each subsystem using Profibus-DP, OPC technology and Data Socket communication mechanism composed of distributed LAN, solves the between each subsystem network communication. Guide the test results showed that, the injunction, information, parameter, test data have been Conveyed real-time among systems, run high degree of automation, reduce manual operation.
