Abstract :
This paper uses the EA framework, it combined with the characteristics of the flood disaster emergency and presented its research framework, detailed planning flood disaster emergency information systems business architecture, application architecture, data architecture and technology architecture, and then use PowerDesigner15 to build instance models, in order to maximize the flood emergency information sharing, improve the level of flood relief, reduce losses.
