Abstract :
It brings up a scheme to build relay life-cycle information analysis and management platform in this paper. It is based on the Dispatching Operation Management System, and complies with the data specification format and rules of "Evaluation Rules of Protective Equipment and Power System Stability Control Devices". It proposes a life-cycle data modeling and data accuracy checking method. It also builds a series of relay indexes to evaluate protection equipment condition. Now, it has been implemented in every subsidiary company of the State Grid.
