Abstract :
The service KQIs by the general definition method makes little different with the network KPIs, so this paper proposes a new method based service features. The method includes 6 procedures: creating service model according to service content, defining KQIs composing view, determinating the KPIs composing KQIs, revising the KPIs weight, reformulating KQIs composition, instantiating and applying the KQIs. Furthermore this paper composes the Internet access service KQI by this method and procedures.
