Abstract
Engineering projects were one of important measures to promote economic development and scientific and technological progress. Owing to the organizations having more complex relationship between each other involved in large-scale engineering projects, thus large-scale engineering projects formed lots of organization interfaces. To ensuring the success of the project, how to being collaborative management of organization interface is particularly important. Firstly, this paper defined scientifically connotation of organization interface and collaborative management of organization interface based on interface management theory and Synergetic theory, Secondly, we analyzed obstacle factor of organization interface, Finally, we built the operation model of collaborative management of organization interface to provide valuable reference for the relevant departments.
