Abstract
This paper presents a local drug micro-injection method by fluorescence micro-gel-bead with micro-pipette tool based on nano-manipulation under optical micro scope (OM) and environment scanning electron micro scope (E-SEM). Micro-gel-bead is fabricated from Polyethylene Glycol Diacrylate (PEG-DA). The drug is leaked after injection. The tip of micro-pipette tool is used to attach micro-gel-beads by applying a negative pressure with syringe pump. The Caenorhabditi selegans (C.elegans) is used as a target biological specimen, which is one of the important model organism for disease analysis and nerve analysis. The local-nano-injection technique is needed to transport fluorescent materials or specific biological organism into specific cell for in-vivo experiment. The proposed system is considered to be important as future nano-sugery system for life innovation using model organism.
