Abstract :
By use of optical tweezers, micron to nanometer sized objects can be manipulated. This method has possibilities to realize surgery of a cell and investigation of mechanical property of a cell. In this article a novel scheme to enhance instantaneous radiation pressure force by use of a pulse laser and a measurement scheme are presented.
