  • Abstract
    A parameter study of a W-band micromachined tapered slot antenna shows how key structural features affect the VSWR and gain of these antennas. By properly choosing the type of taper, exponential growth rate and corrugation length, a VSWR <; 1.75 and gain > 8 dBi over W-band can be achieved.
