Abstract :
This paper realize design of hysteresis control for yaw control system and established double closed loop system based on analysis of BLDCM mathematical model. In the double closed loop system, the outer loop (speed loop) take traditional PI control method and the inner loop (current loop) take current hysteresis control method. Current hysteresis control method can decrease the torque ripple during commutation state of BLDCM. In addition, this control system has simple structure and faster response speed. The results of simulation show that current waveform, torque waveform and speed waveform consistent with the theoretical analysis. At the same time, these results indicate the validity, good dynamic performance and static performance of this control method, which has instructive significance to practical control of BLDCM.
