  • Abstract
The level of appropriate technology for a community has been advancing due to emerging techniques and developments thereby turning possible applications into practical ones. This publication is the second in a three part series that cross references emerging technologies and needs in the categories of developing communities, disaster recovery, and redevelopment. It presents a framework for leveraging research and development work to mutual benefit of developing and mature communities, business and traditional help organizations in government and non-government organizations (NGO).
