Abstract :
This paper presents a novel grey clustering evaluation method based on standard triangular whitenization weight function by comparing the existing two types of triangular whitenization weight functions. We employ the new method to evaluate quality of human resources in recruitment for one college. The result shows that the new method provides improvement over the traditional methods on model simplification and universal application.
