Abstract :
There exists extensively quality inspection of small sample conditions in complex equipment manufacturing industry. For small batch production samples less data, product quality information, this paper designs a maximum entropy of virtual manufacturing system based on small samples, by analyzing the statistical law of actual product development process, according to the maximum entropy criterion. The system virtual manufactures products with different quality by simulating the actual development process, effectively solving the problem of insufficient sample in the process of quality inspection, improving the accuracy of quality inspection. The simulation results show that the system can be able to reflect the actual production process by virtual manufacturing the virtual products, and also has hugely practical value.
