  • Abstract
    According to the related requirements of the latest <;twelfth five-year” a comprehensive work solution of energy conservation and emissions reduction> d their own economic development situation, the level of energy consumption in Jiangsu province, Jiangsu province set up energy conservation target that per unit GDP energy consumption reduced by 18% at the end of “twelfth five-year”. From the angle of the regional comprehensive energy conservation potential, and combined with Jiangsu province development situation, this article constructs the indicator system that the measure energy saving potential of 13 main regions of Jiangsu province. Using grey clustering analysis, according to the energy conservation potential, the article decomposes Jiangsu province regional energy conservation indicator depending on different situations, and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions on achieving Jiangsu province energy saving goals.
