  • Abstract
    We demonstrated that noise reducing effect in negative feedback optical amplifier was realized using an optical triode. The relationship between inverted signal intensity with bit error rate was measured. Output signal with low baseline, suppressed overshoot part was observed and power penalty was improved by 15 dB.
