  • Abstract
    Highly luminescent CdSe quantum dots (QDs) were prepared by AOT microemulsion method. The optimal reaction time for CdSe synthesis was 2h and the highest PL efficiency was obtained when W was 5 and the ratio of Cd/Se was 2. Under these conditions, the PL efficiency of 30% could be obtained.
