Abstract
Social media is an online interactive electronic forum where a wide spectrum of conversations is enabled, with the power to influence culture, politics and business. Its impact permeates communities, professional bodies, the academia and virtually all areas of human activity. This paper gives an overview of the use of Social Media for business promotion.
