Abstract
In communication system products, quartz oscillators are widely used and develop rapidly. OCXO (Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator) is commonly used in the area of military and civilian communicational equipment, radar navigation test, electronic equipment, home appliances, GPS, automobile electronics, computer equipment, and so on. Crystal oscillator has many specifications and properties, and temperature characteristic, which is mainly refers to the frequency stability in the temperature range is a key factor. There are many reasons that affect the frequency stability of the OCXO´s temperature properties, in this text, we will mainly talk about some aspects of the reasons that affect the frequency stability analyses its principle according to the experimental data, get some conclusions, and put forward some methods to improve the temperature stability of OCXO.
