Abstract :
This paper presents a new denoising and enhancement method using k-fuzzy rules based fuzzy filter. Fuzzy filter is very good tool for efficient denoising and enhancement. Then the Mean Square Error (MSE) has been estimated for various filtering techniques. It was also found that the Fuzzy Filter provides the MSE of 27.63915 for 0.01 dB.
