Abstract :
The idea of this paper is to assume strategic planning in aircraft. Aircraft are on the ground and shift the whole flights in time. De-onfliction of Europe´s busiest day of 2011. Every aircraft flies user-preferred trajectory. Conflicts reduced from -29k to 496. Only minor reduction of efficiency (few lateral + vertical maneuvers). 98.3% of conflicts solved and 97.1 % of aircraft free of conflict.
