  • Abstract
    Developed a novel approach to runway scheduling using a dynamic second price auction. Auction directly accounts for airline preferences for runway slots, allows airlines to keep proprietary information private, does not increase total delay compared to FCFS, reduces airline costs over FCFS and can equitably distribute costs and delays across airlines.
