  • Abstract
Energy consumption is a current requirement in many industries. The dynamics model with nonlinear friction on the load was established in the paper, and the expression of the optimal controlling current, angular velocity and dissipated energy in a low speed motion were also derived based on minimum energy consumption in point-to-point position control; the adaptive controller based on single neuron was designed; the method that establish the soft sensor model of energy consumption was also researched; an experimental platform of driving system was built, the theoretical simulation and the actual acquisition data is basically same, it confirmed the conclusion.
