Abstract :
RFID tags are increasingly used for critical applications within harsh environments (aeronautics...) or for secure applications such as identification. However, such low cost systems, initially designed for non-critical applications with a high volume, are not robust by themselves. This paper presents the architecture and the implementation of an UHF RF Identification (RFID) tag emulation platform with fault injection and real time monitoring capabilities, which can help to validate such IC.
