Abstract :
There are many problems that management must address in order to maintain the development of enterprises. Organizations need to accept changes brought about by solutions to problems, such as construction of new production facilities, development of new products, and introduction of computers. Typically, such changes are carried out within each unit of a project. However, adoption of new technologies is a requirement for all projects undertaken. Because of such attitudes as neutrality, skepticism, agreement and opposition projects members often find themselves facing the dilemma of whether to work for the benefit of the entire unit or for personal benefit. A change agent has to deal with the attitudes of project members. In order to understand how this situation can be dealt with, we performed a case study and simulation. Therefore, we considered the case of a cell production implementation project and developed a multi-agent simulation (MAS).
