Abstract
EV charging standardization covers many areas, from charge coupler to communication protocol, from AC charging pole to off-board charger, from charging station to battery swapping station, etc. Standardization organizations and institutions like IEC, SAE, JARI, etc. put great efforts in standard development. In this paper, the standard system of EV charging infrastructure in China will be presented comprehensively, to summarize the general requirements specified by national, industrial and enterprise standards, to compare the differences from IEC, SAE and CHAdeMO standards, and also to discuss the standardization progresses to facilitate V2G applications in near future.
