  • Abstract
On off key (OOK) is the main optical wireless communication modulation mode, but the scintillation noise caused by atmosphere turbulence had a strong impact on OOK optical communication system and it is hard to remove. Setting subcarrier modulating mode at transmitter, and Optical heterodyne detection communication system at receiver, this paper analyzes the relationship between error rate and Signal-to-Noise while using ASK subcarrier modulating method at transmitter.
