Abstract :
Silicon pyranometer has wider application in radiation observation and solar energy resources evaluation because of its fast response time, small size, low price and identical spectral range with photovoltaic cells. In order to guarantee the accuracy and the reliability of the observation data, various performances of silicon pyranometer are tested according to its specification. The sensitivity is one of the most important technical parameters of silicon pyranometer, the suitable sensitivity value transfer chain is proposed by comparing two quantity traceability system, the sensitivity calibration method is presented and the factors affecting the accuracy of sensitivity calibration are analyzed. Respectively, directional error, including cosine error and position error, non-linear error, temperature error and annual stability are tested and the advantages and disadvantages of different test methods are analyzed. Finally, the test results are also given.
