Abstract :
This paper describes the research on the use of X ray as intermediate ballistic projectile velocity measurement using zone-block device. This is a new measuring system, the velocity of projectile is measured using X ray. The paper introduces the working principle and the construction of the test system, analyses the uncertainty of measurement, complete detection, signal processing, timer and directly display. The design principle of velocity of each circuit is given. The feasibility of the test method is verified by experiment. The cost is far lower than the pulsed X ray photography method.
