  • Abstract
    An embedded auto-calibration approach used in Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) is presented in this paper. To avoid the mismatch between calibration plane and measurement plane, the electronic standards are characterized by a novel method. The good performance of the approach is shown by measurement results.
