Abstract :
People´s civil air defense is an important part of modern national defense. Aiming at elder defense equipment and lower the degree of automation in many place, particular Langfang city is located in the Beijing-Tianjin corridor, it is urgent to improve and perfect the protection measures, realize the alarm and command system automation and equipment modernization. In this paper, starting from the system requirements analysis, the composition and function of civil air defense alarm control system is discussed, the overall scheme of automatic alarm system based on ARM and embedded Linux system is proposed, and the design and implementation of embedded terminal of civil air defense alarm which is take the S3C2440A chip and the CDMA module as the core is researched. By the siren verification, the system can reliably complete the scheduled functions and requirements.
